5 Years of Scientific Studies at Leading U.S. Universities
At Enhanced Vet Sciences (EVS), our mission is to provide trusted, next-generation, all-natural daily pet mobility hard chews and soft bits that are palatable, easy to deliver, promote mobility, and can be trusted.
Since 2018, EVS has funded multi-million-dollar scientific studies conducted by Lincoln Memorial University (LMU), the University of Kentucky, and other research facilities, including research farms and state-of-the-art greenhouses. Early studies focused on general CBD and traditional products, while later research emphasized broad-spectrum hemp with no detectable THC and freeze-dried formulations—the foundation of our final products, which also feature all-natural beef and fish oil (omega-3s).
All research was peer-reviewed and published in 2023, highlighting EVS’s commitment to scientific validation. The primary areas of study included:

Additionally, between 2018 and 2023, EVS focused on research and development of its genetics, broad-spectrum hemp formulations, and daily pet mobility chews and soft bits. In 2023, all research was defended and published, underscoring our commitment to scientific validation.
In February 2024, EVS was honored to become a member of the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC), the highest certification in our category, reflecting our dedication to quality and safety.
EVS products are designed to be compatible with other treatments and do not interfere with their performance.
The company invested multi-million dollars in collaboration with leading U.S. universities over a five-year research program to investigate hemp-derived pet health supplements. During the early phase of investigation, a CBD isolate formulation containing ≤0.03% THC was evaluated at an initial dose of approximately 1.5 mg per kilogram of body weight. Therapeutic response during this phase was limited. Dose escalation of the isolate formulation did not result in consistent or clinically meaningful improvement, indicating limitations associated with isolate-based delivery under the conditions evaluated.
Palatability
In university studies veterinary shows and national sample offerings, dogs, cats and horses loved the tasty hard chews and soft bits.
Trust
The EVS Maximum strength BSH blend products were well tolerated in healthy dogs with a daily usage of 5mg per kg of body weight per day , these products do not pose a significant risk in long term use
Daily Usage
For dogs, our studies used 5 mg per kg body weight and for horses 1mg per pound body weight for daily usage.
Please note that cats were not included in the studies involving broad spectrum hemp. Cat Products are only available in Glucosamine Chondroitin GC Blend.
