Let's Get to Know Your Pet
Welcome! We are starting from the Enhanced Vet Sciences membership page of our website, which you can access by clicking on ‘Shop’ and then on ‘Membership.’ You may have clicked the Join Paris Pup button on social media or used the QR code at your favorite retailer, or just found us through a friend. Now let’s have some fun getting your pet on your bag. We will go through all options using Paris as an example. We recommend referencing these instructions while you complete the process on your own.
- Now let’s select whether you have a dog or a cat. I have a dog. Select ‘Continue.’
- Are you in the U.S. or Canada? I am in the U.S. Select ‘Continue.’
- Now, let’s type in your dog’s name. Is she a good girl or is he a good boy? Paris is a good girl. Select ‘Continue.’
- How big is she? Paris is a medium sized dog. Select ‘Continue.’
- When is Paris’s Birthday? Paris was born 04 / 08/ 2018. Select ‘Continue.’
- Any allergies? Paris has none. If your dog has any, be sure to check them here. Select ‘Continue.’
- Select your preferences for mobility strength, hard chews or soft bits, and flavor. Select ‘Continue.’
- What is your email address? Make sure to enter your own. Select ‘Continue.’

Select ‘Yes, I want to upload my own picture’ if you are ready to get creative and have fun. If you do not wish to personalize your bag at this time, select ‘No, I do not want to upload a picture.’
Get Your Pet on Your Bag
- When you first arrive on the customization page, click ‘OK’ to confirm that portrait images work best. Also keep in mind that the highest resolution pictures produce the best results.
- Go ahead and choose one of the Pre-Designed or DIY Do-It-Yourself templates for your first bag. The pre-designed templates contain only one image layer for you to replace with your own picture. They are the easiest to use. If choosing the Do-It-Yourself template, you can replace both the picture of the dog and the background with your own images.
- Start by clicking on the picture of Paris, then at the right of the screen click on ‘replace.’ Make sure ‘edit image’ is selected for the replace option to be available. If you are using a mobile device the ‘replace’ button may be along the bottom. Click on ‘upload image’ and select the image you want to add to your custom bag, it will upload to the viewable area.
- If you selected a pre-designed background template, you can replace the picture of Paris with your pet, but first you will want to remove the background from your own pet’s image. There are many free apps and online image editing tools available on your PC or mobile device that allow you to remove the background and save a silhouetted image of your pet. Paris likes Photoroom. You can get the app or access it at https://www.photoroom.com/. Upload your image to Photoroom and simply click on ‘Remove Background’, or select ‘Transparent Background’, then save, or download it. When ready, click on the picture of Paris, then click ‘replace’ and upload your picture. Remember, for best results, you must save a copy of your pet’s image with the background removed BEFORE uploading it. You can then move and place the image of your pet over the selected background as desired.
- Remember to change your pet’s name on the bag… Click on ‘Pet’s Name’ then replace it with the name of your pet. Click outside the image for it to apply. If you are on mobile, click ‘edit’ at the bottom of your screen, type the name of your pet in the box, and then click on ‘update text’.
- If you would like to change your template or picture at any time, you can change it by simply clicking in the white space around the bag, then on the ‘Pre-Made Designs’ icon, which will give you more options to choose from. If you are on mobile, simply click in the white space around the bag and then on ‘templates’ at the bottom of the screen. When you are happy with your bag design, click on ‘Add to Cart’ to review your order. Then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ when ready.
- Make sure to add your promo or affiliate coupon code if you have one. Fill in all your billing and shipping information. If you would like to send this order as a gift, be sure to select ‘SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS’ and enter the desired shipping name and address. Click ‘Place Order.’ Congratulations! You are now a member!
- To make changes to an existing subscription at any time, you can do so by clicking on ‘My Account’, ‘My Subscription’, then on the product description above the bag you wish to edit.Select your membership level, then ‘Customize.’ Remember that we are here to help.
